Terms of Service

To create an account or use MEBAL's services, you must:

• Be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account details.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. MEBAL is not responsible for unauthorized account access.

MEBAL membership is free. However, some Business Service Modules (e.g., Fenna Verse, Elevate CRM) require paid subscriptions. Payments are processed via Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.

MEBAL fosters a positive and respectful community. Users agree NOT to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Violate intellectual property rights of MEBAL or others.
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or deceptive practices.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

All trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials on MEBAL's platform are owned by MEBAL Corp. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

MEBAL provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEBAL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

MEBAL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ontario.
